Visted neath abbey car sales on the Monday to view kia sportage, I was told the car had gone for mot it would be back Wednesday. I went back on Wednesday to view the car and still the car wasn't there, I was told the car had passed mot to advisories but it would be back Thursday and they would ring me when its back. Thursday comes around and guess what no phone call. Something wasn't seeming right to me so went online to check mot and no mot had been done on the vehicle so it seems as if the car had issues and they didn't want to tell anyone about the issue before they bought the car. So even without the lieing the sales guy at the place was very rude and just didnt seem to care. It seems like I was very lucky with this situation and dodged a bullet and didnt end up buying a car with god knows what's wrong with it. The sale service received was unacceptable I dread to thing was there after sale service would be like. Wouldn't advise anyone to use this company I certainly wouldn't even consider going there again.

Sold me a car had it delivered with numerous faults dpf blocked clutch hard navigation radio not working correctly air conditioning not working regassed and all gone again a day later hole in drivers footwell carpet not shown in images paid extra for a service to include timing belt and water pump this was carried out by what I can only call cowboys as only 3 of the 4 engine mount bolts were in place the 4th one had been cross threaded and would not tighten or remove now because we replaced the faulty radio navigation system which now works they want nothing to do with the vehicle so in the process of legal action to get this money pit back to them the warranty paid for does not cover any of these faults as they were present at time of purchase do not trust these people at all would never buy another car from them !
I have just bought a Vauxhall Meriva 1.4 Techline from Neath Abbey Cars. So far I am very pleased with the car, everything works as it should and its a lovely drive. One or two niggling issues with the cam chain sensors that emerged were quickly solved by Jack the mechanic, very good service by Ryan and Steve, and very good after care
Recommended dealer. Bought a straight looking 2011 Ford Focus 1.6tdci (110k). Drove lovely on the way home. But next morning started with a cloud of smoke and running very rough. Drove fine after about 5 minutes when warmed up. This problem lasted a few days so rang Ryan. He said " No problem, bring it in and we'll have a look". Did so, his mechanic changed the air and fuel filters, but problem still present. Took it back again. This time diagnosed 2 failing injectors. Replaced all 4 injectors without quibble or fuss and car is now starting and running as you'd expect. So, from my experience, you can trust Neath Abbey Motors and they will honour anything failing during the 1 month statutory guarantee period.
The guys at NAC were helpful, trustworthy and thoroughly professional. I'm so relieved to be matched with my Mitsubishi and my Fiat is getting a new life with student mechanics. Thanks NAC
